While The Elder Scrolls 6 is currently in production, the new game is still years away from release and there are millions of new players that have never played a single game in the series. November will be the tenth anniversary of Skyrim, an open-world action RPG that first release back on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2011, and was later ported to PS4 and Xbox One in the form of Skyrim. Yet in 2021, anything can happen, and it could be a great piece offering following the MLB The Show 21' Game Pass situation. It could be, and very likely is, an impossibility at this stage given that Microsoft has purchased Zenimax and Bethesda and therefore owns the rights to The Elder Scrolls franchise.
Potentially to the surprise of many, despite being on almost every platform that's been available since the game released in 2011, Skyrim has never been released on PS Plus, and that also goes for the PS4 remastered special edition. Even without the PS5 upgrade, Predator: Hunting Ground deserves another day in the spotlight and PS Plus is a great way to bring in some new players. In the year since the game launched, Predator: Hunting Grounds has received ongoing support from Friday the 13th: The Game developer IllFonic including new Predator classes, new maps, Private Match support, and the return of Arnold Schwarzenegger as Dutch from the original film. Released in April 2020 as a PS4 console exclusive, Predator: Hunting Grounds is an asymmetrical multiplayer game where four players team up as soldiers and must complete tasks and evacuate the map while a fifth player hunts them down as the Predator.
One game that didn't get the level of attention it deserved when it launched and could absolutely benefit from both a PS5 upgrade and an influx of new players from a month on PS Plus is IllFonic's Predator: Hunting Grounds.
While some months have been utilized in the launch of brand new games like Bugsnax and Maquette, in other months Sony has given away upgraded versions of last-generation games including Maneater, Worms Rumble, and Control. Since the launch of PlayStation 5, Sony has given owners of the new platform an additional exclusive game as part of the monthly PS Plus offering.
